FAQ
VSHOW can take care of the ENTIRE PRODUCTION or just the specific areas where you need us. For example: if you have a 3D world for a game show, you can request only the programming of the systems you need, such as cameras or lighting — or you can ask us to handle the entire organization of the event.
All projects must be evaluated on an INDIVIDUAL basis in order to provide an accurate quote tailored to the client’s specific needs. We recommend contacting us at contacto@vshowproduction.com to request a quote. You can also reach out to us via Twitter or schedule a meeting through the menu at the top of our website.
Once you receive a quote and both parties have agreed to the terms (as outlined in the terms and conditions provided during the quotation process), the client must pay 50% of the total as a guarantee. This means that if the event is canceled after the team has already started working (3D, programming, design), this 50% will compensate for the time and tools used by VSHOW's artists. This amount can be fully refunded as long as VSHOW has not sent any project progress.
The remaining 50% must be paid AT LEAST 5 days before the project completion (which will be notified by VSHOW's staff).
3D models can be managed in various ways depending on the client’s needs.
- If a 3D model is already available, the model will be requested to adjust its shaders to the new environment in which the work will take place (the format depends on the type of work). - If a 3D model is not available, the team can provide one, provided the client is willing to pay for commercial rights (if using base models) and for the creation/editing by the assigned artist.
- MODELS WITHOUT COMMERCIAL RIGHTS — RIPPED — OR OBTAINED ILLEGALLY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. - If necessary, agreements can be made under an MNDA contract.
