Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by VSHOW. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

1. SERVICES

he production company agrees to provide digital event planning and production services, including but not limited to: virtual reality, live streaming, content management, and technical support.

2. OCLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The client agrees to:

Provide the necessary information and materials for the proper execution of the event.
Adhere to the schedule established in the agreed timeline. (Failure to comply may affect final deadlines, and VSHOW will not be held responsible.)

3. PAYMENTS AND FEES

The client will pay a 50% deposit at the time of agreeing to the service.
The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the event.
Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer if residing in Chile.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights over the content created during the event shall belong to the client, and never to VSHOW.

However, VSHOW reserves the right and freedom to credit themselves as the "producers of the event," provided there is no prior agreement to the contrary. This credit may be subject to an additional fee calculated as a percentage of the total.

5. VSHOW QUALITY STANDARD

Creative decisions made by the team will always prioritize VSHOW’s quality standard over client requests.

The client is free to propose changes and ideas; however, VSHOW reserves the right to reject them if they compromise the quality standard of VSHOW Production.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

VSHOW commits to not disclosing any confidential information related to the event without prior consent from the other party.

Likewise, the client may not disclose the production methods used by the production company.

7. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

The client may only withdraw before the production company begins work. This right takes effect from the delivery of the first progress update by the production company, entitling the client to a 100% refund of the deposit (equivalent to the 50% paid).
If the event is already in production (with progress updates delivered), the initial deposit will not be refunded.
Any changes to the event date must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. The event date may only be postponed, not brought forward.

8. LIABILITY

If the client chooses to stream the content independently, VSHOW shall not be held responsible for any issues during the broadcast, including video quality, audio quality, frame loss, network instability, or other related problems.

VSHOW will always ensure the delivery of raw materials in the best possible quality.

9. NON-COMPETITION

VSHOW may promote any service, software, or promotion during its events, except for advertising any product that competes with the services offered by VSHOW PRODUCTION.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VSHOW Production reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to adapt to new regulations, improvements in our services, or operational changes.

Any modifications will take effect upon their publication on VSHOW Production’s official channels, including its website, contracts, or direct communications with clients.

Continued use of our services by the client after the publication of such changes shall constitute acceptance of them. If the client does not agree with the modifications, they may choose to terminate their contractual relationship with VSHOW Production, respecting the conditions previously agreed upon up to the termination date.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By agreeing to work with VSHOW Production, the client accepts all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
